    You handle walkthroughs, photos/video, lockbox, and on-site reality checks.

Marketing engine, call handling, underwriting, contracts, buyer/dispo network, and closing coordination.

What we require

Responsiveness, local availability (for ops), integrity, and clean deal facts (photos/access/occupancy).

How splits work

Deal-by-deal, in writing before marketing to buyers. Examples are not promises and vary by workload.
